Privacy Policy
How we handle personal data on forensee.cz and when dealing with your enquiries.
Who processes your data
The data controller is forensee s.r.o., Company ID (IČO) 24706353, with its registered office at Oškobrh 11, 289 06 Opolany, Czech Republic. For any matter concerning personal data you can contact us at info@forensee.cz or by phone on +420 315 558 870.
Enquiries and communication
When you write to us through the contact form, by e-mail or call us, we process the details you share with us: your name and surname, e-mail address and, where provided, your phone number, company name and the content of your message. We use them solely to handle your enquiry and for the related communication. The legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in communicating with those interested in our services.
The forms on this website have anti-spam protection: they limit the number of submissions from a single internet address. The IP address is kept for this purpose for no more than one hour and is not used for anything else.
Blog newsletter
If you subscribe to updates on the Czech version of this website, we process your e-mail address for the purpose of sending notifications about new blog articles. The legal basis is your consent – you confirm the subscription by clicking the link in a verification e-mail. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any e-mail we send, or at info@forensee.cz; we will then delete your address without undue delay. The newsletter is sent from our own website and subscribers‘ addresses are not passed to any third party.
Provision of services
If you become our client, we process personal data to the extent needed to perform the contract and keep the related records. The handling of data in a specific case is usually governed by a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), which we conclude, where appropriate, before any data is handed over.
How this website runs – no cookies, no third parties
This website stores no cookies, uses no analytics or marketing tools and loads no content from third-party servers – including fonts, which are hosted directly with us. For security reasons, the hosting provider keeps standard server access logs (IP address, time and target of the request); the legal basis is the legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.
Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data or pass it on for marketing purposes. We may make it available only to our hosting provider as our processor, and to public authorities where the law requires it. We do not transfer data outside the European Union.
How long we keep the data
We keep enquiries and the related communication for the duration of the discussions and for no longer than three years after the last communication. We keep clients‘ data for the duration of the cooperation and for as long as legal regulations require (for example, accounting records for ten years).
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can exercise your rights at info@forensee.cz. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (uoou.gov.cz).
Security
Data transfer between your browser and this website is encrypted. Only the people who need it to handle your enquiry have access to the data from enquiries. Sensitive case data is handled by a limited circle of people involved in the case.
